Garnish is the creation of two passionate bartenders, Pok Praphakorn and Dennis Thurner, who share a vision of blending local flavors with modern techniques to craft truly unique cocktails. Pok, the Global Winner of Bacardi Legacy 2021, made history by securing Thailand’s second consecutive win on the world stage. Dennis, a multiple award-winning bartender in Thailand, brings his expertise and creativity to push the boundaries of cocktail craftsmanship. Together, they bring their passion, skill, and deep connection to Thai ingredients to Garnish, offering guests an unforgettable drinking experience in the heart of Koh Samui.
